Royal Holloway, University of London หรือ RHUL เป็นสมาชิกของกลุ่ม University of London ก่อตั้งขึ้นในปีค.ศ. 1879 และได้รับวิทยฐานะเป็นมหาวิทยาลัยในปีค.ศ. 1985 มหาวิทยาลัยเปิดสอนทั้งหมด 19 ภาควิชา ภายใต้คณะ Arts and Humanities, Sciences, Social Sciences, Management และ Economics ปัจจุบันมีการเปิดรับนักเรียนจากหลายประเทศทั่วโลก ตามสถิติของปีการศึกษาล่าสุดแล้วมีนักเรียนอยู่ถึง 8,600 คน
